Business Labs PR provides web design, photography, video production, and digital marketing services to businesses in Puerto Rico. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.

Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use our website in any way that violates applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the website’s functionality
Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
Use automated systems to access our website without our consent

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Business Labs PR or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Project Terms

Proposals and Agreements

All projects are governed by individual proposals or service agreements. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any project-specific terms.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals
Standard terms: 50% deposit to begin work, 50% upon completion
We accept payment via Zelle, ATH Móvil, PayPal, and check
Late payments may incur additional fees or project delays

Revisions

Standard projects include two (2) rounds of revisions
Additional revisions are billed at $75 per hour
Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Project Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project
We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Provide necessary materials (logos, content, images, access credentials) in a timely manner
Review and respond to deliverables within reasonable timeframes
Make payments according to agreed terms

Delays caused by failure to provide required materials may affect project timelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question

We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Business Labs PR from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of our website or services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content or materials you provide to us

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:

You are responsible for payment for all work completed
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
We will deliver any completed work upon receipt of payment

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
